Ive owned a ton of other brands throughout the years, including Higher end Taylor and Martins. I just prefer the whole feel of the R.Taylor, neck, body and design....Maybe even resale? stratabond necks are not on them. Neither guitar is a good fit for me, as I don't play dreads (the LL is a modified, SS'ish dread) and the AC3 has a 1 & 11/16ths nut - I only play 1.75" and up. The Yamaha is better to my ears than the PRS but not by a big enough margin to take a hit on selling and changing or trading - they are just, martin 15 series beats them all easy. It depends on what you like in an acoustic, though. I've had no problems at all with it (workmanship, tone, playability, bridge pins, saddle, anything). Don't get me wrong, PRS is pretty nice but I would prefer the other.... From a tonal standpoint you'd have to compare side by side.
